Research Institute for Medium-Sized Businesses and Regional Development

Founded in October 2002, the Research Institute for Medium-Sized Businesses and Regional Development aims at the practical implementation, monitoring and evaluation of theoretical political approaches regarding medium-sized businesses and opportunities for regional development. The Institute is supported by an advisory board consisting of notable personalities from academia, business and politics.

Unique knowledge as well as a precise understanding of Saxon medium-sized businesses constitute the core competencies of the Research Institute for Medium-Sized Businesses and Regional Development. Comprehensive experience in the field of regional initiatives and development, primarily in the context of economic, competitive and evolutionary aspects contributes to the profile of the Institute.

The Research Institute for Medium-Sized Businesses and Regional Development provides consultancy for industry, public institutions, and associations a well as politics. Our product portfolio includes market surveys, expert opinions and analyses in theoretical, empirical and practical questions along with statements, business surveys and research reports.
